I've already written about how, as an engaged person, it's easy to feel like everyone wants a piece. That's true about these resources, too. They're businesses and, speaking as a small business owner, we're in it to make money.
But we should also be in it to help people. That's the quality I look for when writing "When You'd Rather Not…" I've vetted, trust, and, for the most part, personally like any option I include. What I don't like, I point out.
